It turned out that I did own an illustration of the song that even came with a CD. I have another performance coming up and wanted to make sure to have DOWN BY THE STATION ready to sing in case Arthur is able to join the fun. Luckily, the librarian who helped host the event knew a version of the song and sang it with everyone! Though I was aware of the song and could sing the first verse, I didn’t know it well enough and didn’t have a book handy.
